- Pick a team of 4 (if you don’t come with a team, we’ll assign you to some really nice people).
- Gather together every Thursday for 6 Weeks
- Workout as a group with your team and all of the contestants led by Fitness Trainers Wendy Hood and Dennis Hood
- Get Educational Nutritional information every week and follow the menu and recipes
- Lose Weight and weigh in weekly, (PRIVATELY)
- Beginning Assessments including Weight, measurements, body fat percentage and hydration.
